The images on this page are for the most part older. First Age, if you will.
You can view more of my mythic and science fiction art at my Renderosity Gallery.
There are a variety of other rendered characters displayed throughout Questlines, and in many cases clicking on them will open a larger image.

On
the day that Harlii Virginland was born, the sun rose twice. To hear the
tale full well in its telling, you must journey into the deepest heart of
the Rain Gors, to the upland hunting camps of the Bluefoot Tresdarnii.

Hindina
the Vingan rides the lonely Pol Joni trail eastwards to the fabled city on
the River of Cradles. Soon she will swap her trusty horse for a zebra, and
join many of her exiled kayling sisters in service to the Kheldon Queen,
who promises the hope of a freedom wind and a hurricane rebellion.

Issaries
has announced that they have reclaimed the HeroQuest title from
Games Workshop! Our favourite RPG can now be called what it was always intended
to be (Click here for
details). This celebratory wallpaper/screensaver image is of course inspired
by Lee Moyer's original Hero Wars cover.

A
Helamakt godi makes battle with his weapons of freezing wind and searing

Braggi
Afraid-of-the-Dark is an outlaw, a thunder rebel, a gors walker without hearth
or kin. Yet he still wears with pride the silver torc awarded him by his
chief, and the blue-grey storm plaid of his clan. He knows that a great storm
is gathering, a storm that will sweep away an Empire and a world. 'Come the
Hurricane!'

In
the timeless realm of the Great Before, to stray from the known paths of
myth means great peril and the possibility of great reward. Huraya is a mist
spirit, and was once a lover of Orlanth. [Axe model in this render is by
Richard Helliwell.]

"My
brothers rose with Starbrow, my clan it rose as one..." A young Vingan

The
Sun Dome Templar Haloric Longfarm heroquests the dying plains of Prax during
the Lesser Darkness. Like his god Yelmalio, Haloric shines as a Last Light,
and offers protection to the surviving human families against their many
enemies.

Kallyr
Starbrow, described by Bhorghil in A Rope of Cedarbark as "the
Kheldon bandit queen, landless, childless and exiled. A death-driven murderess...
goaded by hatred and blind ambition to pursue impossible dreams." Well
perhaps. Others see her very differently. In this rendering, Kallyr
holds a sacrificial blade. The image is large because some of the detail
bears close scrutiny.

Most
of us have played MOB's immortal "Garhound Contest" from Sun
County. Remember Carylon, the local Orlanthi lad? This image was created
for the revamped Hero Wars edition of the scenario, which is available
for free download.
